We collect information you provide directly, information created through your reservation or stay, and limited technical information generated when you use our website.

- Reservation details, including arrival and departure dates, guest numbers, selected apartment, preferences, requests and messages.
- Transaction details, such as payment status, amount, currency and a payment reference. Card information is handled by the payment provider and is not stored by this website.
- Technical information, including IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, approximate location and cookie choices.
- Communications with MindHome before, during or after your stay, including feedback and support requests.
How and why we use it
